TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF GEORGE WITHERSPOON, VANZEMA W. LOFTON, IOLA W. DOUGLAS, AUGUSTUS WITHERSPOON, AL WITHERSPOON, WILLIE MAE BRINSON, ELEANOR W. HORNE, and ALEASE W. WHITEHEAD

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet and confirm title to the following real property located in Leon County, Florida:

Sixty-foot easement lying 30 feet either side of following line:

Commence at the SW corner of NW 1/4, Section 12, T-2-N, R-1-E, and run E 373.9 feet to a point, thence run North 00 degrees 01 minutes 34 seconds E a distance of 467.07 feet to a point, thence run West 353.68 feet to a point on the Easterly R/W of State Road 61, thence run North 30 feet to point which is the Point of Beginning.

From Point of Beginning, run S 89 degrees 58 minutes 26 seconds E 2120’ + to a point, said point being 567.4 feet West of the Eastern boundary of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Section 12, run thence South 828 + to a point on the Southern boundary of the N 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of said Section 12, being terminal point.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jack E. Kiker, III, Plaintiff’s attorney, to assist with clearing a title issue relating to the above-described real property, whose address is Post Office Box 4128, Tallahassee, Florida 32315-4128, on or before April 15, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint/Amended Complaint.
