MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and LINDA M. BEDELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA M. BEDELL; TIMOTHY D.
